Ukrainian resilience proved russia couldn’t win the war: episode 9

russia’s recent brutal attacks only strengthened Ukraine’s resolve and self-organization. On January 18, a helicopter crashed into a kindergarten in Kyiv. Why should russia be blamed for it regardless of what the investigation will show? It is already known that the helicopter was flying to one of the hot spots in the Kharkiv region, where Ukraine's armed forces conducted a massive counteroffensive in the east.
